So you've made that all important decision to improve your health and fitness - but first we need to know a little more about you and your goals. A consultation with Jana is a 30 minute chat, (usually over a coffee), and from this Jana will work with you to build a plan to help you improve your life and Get Healthy


Your bespoke Nutrition Plan from Jana includes an initial consultation, and is built around your lifestyle, taste groups and budget. A Nutrition Plan with Jana is a great way to start your journey to a healthier life - after all, 80% of weight loss can be attributed to what we eat!



Our running group is planned around beginners - that's right newbies, get involved! Jana's Joggers are a fun group of women who aren't looking to train for a Marathon, but do enjoy getting fit surrounded by like minded people. Weekly meet ups on a Tuesday morning, with more dates to be added in the near future - sign up to our newsletter to be the first in the know! 



Burpees, lunging squats, crunches and of courseplenty of laughter! Join Jana's Bootcamp every Saturday at 10am to give yourself that healthy kickstart for the weekend! Improve your health and make new friends at the same time - what a great combination!
